General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) apply to all orders placed by customers through the online shop of AYS-Consulting (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the “Buy” or “Place Order with Obligation to Pay” button, the customer submits a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

4.1

The prices stated on the product pages are in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT and the advance recycling fee (ARF) for batteries.

4.2

In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs will be charged and clearly displayed during the ordering process.

5. Payment Terms (Shopify Payments & TWINT)

Customers may choose from the payment methods displayed during the checkout process. These include, in particular:

• TWINT (via Shopify Payments)
• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Apple Pay / Google Pay

The customer’s account will be charged immediately after completion of the order.

6. Delivery Terms

6.1

Delivery is only available to addresses within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

6.2

Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 1–3 business days.

6.3

If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately.

7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

Please note: Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, AYS-Consulting grants a voluntary 14-day return policy from receipt of the goods, provided that the goods are:

• In their original packaging and unopened.

Batteries

For batteries, the right of return expires as soon as the security seal has been broken or the battery has been activated/installed.

The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.

8. Warranty and Liability

8.1

The statutory warranty provisions shall apply.

8.2

Liability for slight negligence, indirect damages, or consequential damages (e.g., caused by improper installation of the battery) is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of AYS-Consulting until full payment has been received.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law shall apply exclusively to all contracts. The place of jurisdiction is Roggwil (BE) or the competent court district of the Canton of Bern.

11. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
