Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or “try before you buy” purchases. These cancellation terms explain how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you selected.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and each delivery will be billed unless you pay in advance. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
If you would like to cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, where you can manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or will be available soon but is not currently in inventory.
We may either not charge you at checkout or only charge a partial payment, store your payment method, and then process and collect the full or remaining payment at a later date.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, you can no longer cancel it, but you may request a full or partial refund.

Try Before You Buy
If you purchase an item on a trial basis, we will authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order.
You will have a certain period of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. If the trial period expires and you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method the full amount.
