1. Continuous Casting & Rolling

It all begins with the grids inside. A special rolling process reduces the internal resistance of the plates by 20% to 30%. The result? An extremely high CCA value (Cold Cranking Amps). This means your bike starts immediately, even in freezing temperatures.

2. Lead-Acid Battery Plates

Plate production is fully automated, guaranteeing an extremely uniform coating. The plates are high-strength and specially designed to be shock and vibration resistant. Perfect for adventure bikes that are ridden off-road on rough gravel.
